New users

If this is the first time you’re trying to log in with the new system there’s something that may cause confusion.

The “Forgot your password” link will send you an email with a “reset password” link.  Having set your password the response should look like this:

You have two choices:

1. “Go to my WordPress” takes you to the members login page. This is the best choice.
2. If instead you click “Your password has been reset. Log in” you’ll arrive at a different login page. That sends you to your Profile page. It’s not obvious how to get to the website content from there.

Move your pointer over “My WordPress”, a link to “Visit Site” will appear, click that.

Should you visit your Profile page it serves no practical purpose other than to change password.  Do not use it to change your email address. If you need to do that send an email to email.address.change@pdmhs.com
